About the Role

OutfitFind is looking for a detail-oriented and organised App Operations & Backend Executive to manage the day-to-day backend operations of our fashion discovery app.

The role will involve managing app content and outfits, maintaining the backend dashboard, monitoring basic analytics, identifying operational issues, coordinating with developers, and testing app updates to ensure everything functions smoothly.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is comfortable working with digital platforms, spreadsheets, dashboards and technology, and who enjoys keeping things organised and running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

App & Backend Operations

- Upload and manage outfits, products, images, links, categories and other content on the app backend.
- Maintain and regularly update existing app content.
- Ensure product information, images, links and categories are accurate and up to date.
- Manage the admin/backend dashboard on a daily basis.
- Identify and report incorrect information, broken links, missing content and other backend issues.

Analytics and Reporting

- Monitor app performance and user activity using available analytics tools.
- Track basic metrics such as users, engagement, clicks, popular outfits, products and categories.
- Prepare simple weekly and monthly analytics reports.
- Maintain organised records and trackers for operational activities and performance.

Developer Coordination and QA

- Coordinate with developers regarding bugs, technical issues,



updates and backend requirements.
- Maintain a tracker for bugs, pending fixes, updates and developer tasks.
- Follow up with developers to ensure issues are addressed within expected timelines.
- Test current app updates and features before/after release.
- Identify bugs or functionality issues during testing and communicate them clearly to the development team.
- Confirm that fixes and updates are working as expected.
- Assist with day-to-day app operations and administrative backend requirements.
- Support the team with new content, features and operational processes as the platform grows.
- Help maintain an organised and efficient backend workflow.

Skills & Requirements

- 6 months – 2 years of experience in app operations, backend operations, e-commerce operations, content management or a similar role.
- Comfortable working with dashboards, spreadsheets and digital tools.
- Basic understanding of app/web operations.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working with data and preparing basic reports.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with developers and follow up on technical tasks.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Firebase or similar analytics platforms is a plus.




- Basic understanding of QA/testing and identifying app bugs is preferred.
- Coding knowledge is not required, although basic technical understanding is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple operational tasks.

Work Requirements

- This is a full-time, primarily in-office position.
- Employees may be required to work from home on special occasions or when specifically approved by management.
- The role requires the employee to bring and use their own laptop for day-to-day work.
- Candidates should have a reliable laptop capable of handling browser-based dashboards, spreadsheets, analytics platforms and other work-related tools.
- Occasional additional responsibilities may be required as the company and app continue to grow.
