Job Summary

Susamp Infotech is looking for an experienced and data-driven App Monetization Manager to develop and optimize monetization strategies for mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of mobile advertising, in-app purchases, subscriptions, ad mediation, and app revenue analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement monetization strategies for mobile applications.
- Manage and optimize mobile ad revenue, eCPM, fill rate, and ad yield.
- Work with ad mediation platforms and multiple ad networks to improve revenue performance.
- Analyze key app monetization metrics such as ARPU, LTV, ROAS, retention, and revenue.
- Plan and optimize In-App Purchase (IAP) and subscription strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing for pricing, paywalls, ads, and monetization placements.
- Identify opportunities to improve user revenue and overall app monetization performance.
- Monitor performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with product, development, marketing, and analytics teams.
- Stay updated with mobile monetization trends,



advertising platforms, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

- 1–4 years of experience in app monetization, mobile advertising, app growth, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of mobile ad monetization and ad mediation.
- Knowledge of In-App Purchases and subscription-based monetization models.
- Understanding of metrics such as eCPM, ARPU, LTV, ROAS, retention, and revenue.
- Experience with analytics, reporting, and performance optimization.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- AI knowledge or experience with AI tools will be an added advantage.

- Candidates with relevant experience in App Monetization, Mobile Advertising, App Growth, Performance Marketing, or related fields can apply.
- Candidates must be based in Surat.
- This is an onsite position. No relocation support is available.
