Position: Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager – MEP Planning

Location: Hyderabad

Industry: Premium Residential Real Estate Construction

Experience: 8–10 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

CTC: 7–9 LPA

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MEP Planning & Execution professional to manage planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of MEP works for high-rise residential projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and compliance with project standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and monitor MEP project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Develop WBS, WPS, project milestones, and Master Project Delivery Schedule (MPDS).
- Coordinate with Civil, Structural, Architectural, Procurement, QS, and Site teams.
- Review MEP drawings, BOQs, and specifications before execution.
- Track project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ensure timely procurement of MEP materials and equipment.
- Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.




- Conduct site inspections and supervise MEP execution.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports (DPR/WPR/MPR) and MIS reports.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and project handover.
- Support manpower planning, resource allocation, and value engineering initiatives.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of MEP systems in high-rise residential projects.
- Expertise in Project Planning, Scheduling, WBS, WPS, and MPDS.
- Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and Mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project and AutoCAD.
- Positive understanding of QA/QC standards, project documentation, and construction sequencing.

Preferred Experience

- 8–10 years of experience in High-Rise Residential Construction (Mandatory).
- Hands-on experience in Mivan Construction Technology is mandatory.
- Experience with reputed residential real estate developers is preferred.
