APAC Recruiter – Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for APAC regions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct candidate screening and initial discussions.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Manage candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update the candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker.
- Coordinate offer discussions, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a solid APAC talent pool.
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Work towards recruitment targets and turnaround time (TAT).
