Technical Assistant / Engineer Anodizing Maintenance

Department: Maintenance - Anodizing Plant

Qualification:

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, E&E;, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

- 3 to 8 years in Anodizing, Electroplating, Surface Treatment, or Chemical Process Plant Maintenance.

Job Summary Responsible for preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of anodizing lines and chemical process equipment to ensure protected and uninterrupted operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of anodizing plant equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and instrumentation issues.
- Maintain rectifiers, pumps, filtration systems, heat exchangers, chillers, heaters, scrubbers, and chemical handling systems.
- Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, SCADA, sensors, RTDs, and control panels.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, chemical handling,



and LOTO procedures.
- Support Kaizen, TPM, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in installation, commissioning, and maintenance projects.
