Siate Felici School, Jubilee Hills is looking for a responsible, creative, and experienced Annual Day Planner to plan and coordinate our upcoming Annual Day celebrations.

Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

Duration: Part-time | 3–4 months

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate the Annual Day programme from concept to execution.
- Suggest and develop an engaging theme and overall event concept.
- Plan the programme flow, performances, presentations, and stage requirements.
- Coordinate with dance, music, drama, and other activity trainers.
- Guide trainers and teachers with performance planning and execution.
- Coordinate requirements for costumes, props, stage décor, music, and other event materials.
- Monitor rehearsals and ensure timely completion of preparations.
- Coordinate with the school team and vendors wherever required.




- Ensure the event is organised smoothly and professionally within the planned timeline.

Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience in school events, annual days, stage productions, or event planning.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Creative approach towards themes and performances.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and timelines.
- Responsible, proactive, and comfortable working with children and school staff.
- Good communication and execution skills.
