Role Description The Animator at Bose Works will be responsible for creating compelling animations and motion graphics for digital content, social media, and short films. Day-to-day work includes developing storyboards, collaborating with directors and writers, and translating visual concepts into polished animated sequences.

The role involves working with motion capture data where required, refining character and object movements, and ensuring visual consistency across projects. The Animator will participate in creative reviews, provide input on visual storytelling, and coordinate with editors,



designers, and other production team members. This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

- Strong Animation skills, including character animation and environment animation for film, digital content, and social media.
- Experience with Storyboarding to visualize scenes, plan camera movement, and support narrative flow.
- Proficiency in Motion Graphics for titles, transitions, and visual effects suited to digital and short-form content.
- Familiarity with Motion Capture workflows, including cleaning and integrating data into animated sequences.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional creative teams and presenting ideas clearly.
- Proficiency in industry-standard animation and compositing tools (e.g., After Effects, Maya/Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar).
- Ability to manage timelines, handle multiple projects, and respond constructively to feedback.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Animation, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Film, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Portfolio or showreel demonstrating strong storytelling, design sense, and animation craftsmanship is required.
