About the Role :

We are looking for a QA Engineer who can take ownership of end-to-end quality testing across our Platform and Agent App. The ideal candidate should have strong debugging and analytical skills with hands-on experience in mobile application and API testing.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform end-to-end testing of new features across the Platform and Agent App.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and API testing.
- Test critical agent journeys including login, availability, call assignment, call routing, call transfer, missed calls, notifications, payouts, and incentives.
- Validate admin/platform workflows, configurations, dashboards, and agent-management flows.
- Test different agent states, user roles, permissions, edge cases, and failure scenarios.
- Reproduce production issues and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams for debugging and resolution.
- Create and maintain test cases, regression suites, release checklists, and defect reports.
- Validate backend events, API responses, and system behaviour wherever required.




- Ensure feature quality before production releases and perform post-release validation when required.

Requirements :

- 3 - 5 years of experience in Software/QA Testing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Mobile App Testing and API Testing.
- Good understanding of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
- Solid debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify, document, and reproduce complex bugs.
- Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams in an agile environment.
- Experience testing real-time workflows such as calling, routing, telephony, agent systems, or similar platforms would be a strong advantage.
