The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Anesthesia Medical Coding Quality Audits, strong knowledge of coding guidelines, and the ability to ensure coding accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct quality audits of anesthesia coding records.
- Review coding accuracy and ensure compliance with industry guidelines.
- Identify coding errors and provide constructive feedback to coders.
- Track quality metrics and maintain audit reports.
- Support process improvement initiatives and quality enhancement programs.
- Collaborate with operations and training teams to improve coding performance.

Required Skills





- 2-7 years of experience in Anesthesia Medical Coding QA.
- Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, and Anesthesia coding guidelines.
- Experience in quality auditing and feedback management.
- Positive analytical and communication skills.
- Relevant coding certification preferred (CPC, CCS, CIC, etc.).
