- Ability to operate, maintain and modernize the Hadoop Estate, with a focus on debugging, automation, availability, performance, and scale.

- Primary Skills - Linux, Python, Ansible, DevOps tooling, Terraform, Puppet

- Robust Linux administration skills. Certification preferred.

- Proficient in Shell Scripting, Python, Ansible Automation.

- Ansible tower Design, Build, Upgrades, Administration, Maintenance and Production Support – Ansible Certification Preferred.

- Experience in On-prem Kubernetes cluster setup and end-to-end administration.

- Experience in monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus etc)

- Experience using REST API's to integrate 3rd party tools and provide seamless end to end automation.

- Develop and maintain ansible playbooks for configuration management and automation.





- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the building, scanning , testing and deployment of applications ensuring rapid and reliable delivery of software releases in adherence to DevSecOps Principles.

- Manage source code repositories and version control using Github including branch management and code reviews and merge strategies.Experience in using Jenkins, Git, Shell scripts, python and Ansible for automation and build tasks

- Robust understanding of security technologies (ssl/tls, authentication and authorisation frameworks, directory services, violations and policies, ACLs )

- Experience with RBDMS (PostgreSQL, MariaDB, MySQL, Oracle or similar) and NoSQL databases (HBase, MongoDB, CassandraDB, Redis)

- Familiar with Test automation tools JUnit, Selenium, Cucumber

- Good Technical Design, Problem Solving and debugging skills

- Experience in working on Angular/React framework for UI development.

- Agile proficient and knowledgeable/experience in other agile methodologies. Ideally certified.
