- Deliver Anatomy, Physiology, Pathophysiology, Prefix, Suffix and Medical terminologies with domain-specific training sessions as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and practical demonstrations.
- Explain key concepts clearly and ensure student understanding through interactive sessions.
- Conduct regular assessments, practical evaluations, and track student progress.
- Maintain attendance, academic records, and update MIS on time.
- Support students in exam preparation, certification, and placement readiness.
- Ensure a disciplined, engaging, and learner-friendly classroom setting.
- Coordinate with centre team for batch planning and academic scheduling.
- Follow project guidelines and maintain quality standards in training delivery.
Preferred candidate profile
- 2-5 years of work experience in the specific domain and 1-2 years of teaching/training experience in the same domain.
- Strong domain knowledge in Anatomy / Healthcare subject.
- Basic IT and computer skills (MS Office, MIS entry, presentation tools).
- Internet and research skills for academic content preparation.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Good teaching, presentation, and classroom management skills.
