Role & responsibilities

- Education:Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

- Experience:5+ years of Anaplan experience, including hands-on model building in complex supply chain environments.

- Technical Skills:Proven experience in implementing Anaplan for Demand Planning or Supply Chain Planning use cases.

- Deep understanding of Anaplan formulas, functions, model optimization techniques, and user access controls. Should be Anaplan L3 certified/Solution architect.

- Master Anaplanner is highly preferred. Knowledge of Administration, Polaris, Workflow, Anaplan Data Orchestrator would be a significant advantage. Robust grasp of planning processes such as forecasting, demand shaping, and S&OP.;





Experience with data integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, SnapLogic, Informatica) is a plus.

- Leadership Skills:Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Problem-Solving:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

- Cultural Awareness:Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and highly dynamic environment and manage teams across different time zones. Must be multi-tasker and able to prioritize and deliver assignments with the highest quality under pressure with short deadline.
