Role Description

We are looking for an Analyst Software Engineer - Java for a full-time, in office opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and technology professionals interested in Java development, software engineering, backend development, Spring Boot, REST APIs, databases, microservices, cloud technologies, system integration, and enterprise applications.

The Analyst Software Engineer - Java will work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve Java-based applications, backend services, APIs, databases, internal platforms, and digital solutions.

The role may involve working with Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, microservices, authentication, cloud platforms, messaging systems, testing tools, automation, and modern software-development technologies depending on project and business requirements.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in Java development, software engineering, backend development, software development, application development, API development, web development, enterprise software, or related technology roles can apply.




- Candidates currently working as Analyst Software Engineer - Java, Analyst Java Software Engineer, Java Software Engineer, Software Engineer Java, Java Developer, Java Backend Developer, Java Backend Engineer, Backend Developer, Backend Engineer, Spring Boot Developer, Application Developer, Software Developer, Junior Software Engineer, or Associate Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to good knowledge of Core Java and object-oriented programming.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, collections, exception handling, interfaces, inheritance, polymorphism, multithreading, concurrency, and software-development fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, or similar Java technologies will be beneficial.
- Basic to good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, and system integration.
- Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases will be beneficial.
- Understanding of database design, joins, normalization, indexing, transactions, queries, schemas, and data-access concepts will be advantageous.
- Exposure to microservices architecture, distributed systems, scalable applications, or service-oriented architecture will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Maven, Gradle, Git, GitHub, version control, code reviews, debugging, testing, and collaborative software-development workflows.
- Exposure to JUnit, Mockito, TestNG, Postman, API testing, unit testing, integration testing, or automated testing tools will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, caching,



message queues, event-driven systems, or asynchronous processing will be considered an additional advantage.
- Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar DevOps technologies will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of Linux, command-line tools, application deployment, configuration management, logging, monitoring, and production-support concepts will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, API security, secure coding, or application-security concepts will be advantageous.
- Exposure to application performance optimization, database tuning, observability, troubleshooting, scalability, or reliability concepts will be beneficial.
- Exposure to frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js will be considered an additional advantage.
- Exposure to automation, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, ERP, CRM, dashboards, or enterprise applications will be considered an additional advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, software-development lifecycle, technical documentation, requirements gathering, or issue tracking will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Valuable analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical, reliable, and scalable Java software solutions.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
- Internship, Java project, Spring Boot project, backend project, API project, database project, software project, GitHub project, hackathon, freelance project, startup project, or academic software project will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Candidates without previous full-time Java software-development experience can also apply.
- Strong willingness to learn recent Java frameworks, software technologies, databases, APIs, cloud platforms, and modern software-engineering practices.
