Responsibilities

Global Mobility Compensation Support

•Support preparation of assignment-related compensation calculations, including allowances and advantages as per defined mobility policies.•Assist with administering international assignment components, such as:•Cost of Living Allowance (COLA)•Housing and relocation-related benefits•One-time assignment payments and reimbursements•Validate inputs, assumptions,



and outputs to ensure compensation is processed accurately and consistently.Data Management, Controls & Reporting

•Maintain detailed mobility compensation trackers, calculation sheets, and employee assignment records.•Perform data validation and reconciliations to ensure alignment across HR systems, payroll, and finance.•Adhere to documentation and version-control standards required for audit and compliance purposes.Stakeholder & Payroll Coordination

•Coordinate closely with Payroll, HR Operations, and Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate payment of assignment components.•Respond to basic employee or HR queries related to assignment pay and escalate complex issues appropriately.Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement

•Follow established SOPs, control checklists, and approval workflows.

Qualifications

Educational qualifications •Bachelors/ Master degree from a reputable university with excellent academic result, majoring in accounting or finance or technology or a similar field.•Strong academic grounding in numbers, data handling, and analytical concepts
