Join our Client Fulfillment team as a Business Associate in the Client Onboarding Co-ordination team for our Equity Derivatives and Trading (EDT) Division. What role will you play?

In this role, you will support day-to-day new client onboarding co-ordination activities aligned to EDT, including managing initial kick-off requirement and business case justification, legal documentation pipelines, and coordinating KYC/AML delivery artefacts across internal stakeholders, including Trading and Sales, Operations, Legal, Risk and Compliance teams, and external clients. You will act as a key liaison between stakeholders to drive timely execution, resolve issues and ensure deliverables are progressed through to completion.

What You Offer

- 2+ years of experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of managing and delivering quality outcomes. Strong understanding of, and experience with, equity markets and products, particularly equity finance products such as equity swaps and securities finance transactions (stock loan and repo).
- Good analytical skills and knowledge of the entire equity lifecycle,



including front to back operations, legal documentation (ISDAs, GMSLAs, GMRAs), funding, margining, and collateral requirements. Familiarity with AML / KYC and regulatory frameworks is essential.
- Demonstrated experience managing onboarding, documentation or business delivery pipelines. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across business functions and with external clients.

- Strong organisational and project management skills, complemented by an analytical mindset and the ability to rapidly assimilate new products and systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation and with external stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills. Proven capability to build collaborative relationships, influence peers, and effectively engage with stakeholders.
