CNS - BC - Transformation Delivery :

EY Consulting is made up of three sub-service lines: Business Consulting (including Performance Improvement and Risk Consulting), Technology Consulting and People Advisory Services.

Finance Consulting - helps assess and transform our clients finance function to improve performance and effectiveness. We help organizations implement service and cost improvement initiatives, and embed a performance management process and culture that unites the business around its core objectives.

Business Transformation - a multidisciplinary competency, gathering capabilities in transformation architecture, experience design, business design and transformation execution to problem-solve,



design and deliver large scale, multi-year, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

- Research Analysis Conduct primary and secondary research on social sector themes, CSR trends, government schemes, and development sector issues. Gather, clean and analyse qualitative and quantitative data. Support benchmarking studies, landscape assessments and needs assessment exercises. Track sector developments, policy changes and emerging best practices. Project Support Assist in preparing client presentations, reports, dashboards and other deliverables. Support stakeholder mapping and documentation of interviews and consultations. Maintain project trackers, databases and working files. Assist in monitoring project timelines and deliverable schedules. Data Reporting Support development of MIS reports, dashboards and analytical summaries. Compile and validate information received from implementation partners and clients. Assist in impact assessment and monitoring evaluation engagements.

To qualify for the role you must have

- "Bachelors or Masters degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Economics, Public Policy, Sustainability, Business Administration or related disciplines"

Experience

- Prior internship or project experience in CSR, NGOs, social enterprises, development consulting or sustainability is desirable but not mandatory
