Role Description

We are looking for an Analyst Backend Engineer SQL for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and technology professionals interested in backend engineering, SQL, relational databases, database development, APIs, data integration, application development, cloud technologies, and enterprise software systems.

The Analyst Backend Engineer SQL will work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to develop, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve backend applications, databases, APIs, data-processing workflows, internal platforms, and digital solutions.

The role may involve working with SQL, relational databases, backend programming languages, REST APIs, database connectivity, ORM frameworks, ETL/ELT processes, cloud databases, testing tools, and modern backend-development technologies depending on project and business requirements.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in backend engineering, SQL development, database development, backend development, software engineering, application development, API development, data engineering, ETL development, or related technology roles can apply.
- Candidates currently working as Analyst Backend Engineer SQL, SQL Backend Engineer, Backend Engineer, Backend Developer, SQL Developer, Database Developer,



Database Engineer, Data Engineer, Application Developer, Software Engineer, Software Developer, Java Backend Engineer, Python Backend Developer, or Associate Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to good knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts.
- Understanding of SELECT statements, joins, subqueries, aggregations, views, stored procedures, functions, triggers, transactions, indexes, constraints, and query execution.
- Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, SQLite, or similar relational database technologies will be beneficial.
- Understanding of database design, normalization, primary and foreign keys, referential integrity, schemas, relationships, and data modeling.
- Familiarity with query optimization, execution plans, indexing strategies, database performance, and troubleshooting will be advantageous.
- Exposure to backend programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, Node.js, PHP, Go, or similar technologies will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI, .NET, Express.js, or similar technologies will be considered an advantage.
- Basic to positive understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, and system integration.
- Understanding of CRUD operations, database connectivity, connection pooling, transactions, error handling, and data-access layers will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with ORM technologies such as Hibernate, JPA, SQLAlchemy, Entity Framework, Sequelize, Prisma, or similar tools will be advantageous.
- Exposure to NoSQL technologies such as MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases will be considered an additional advantage.
- Exposure to ETL/ELT processes, data ingestion, transformation, validation,



integration, and data pipelines will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, branching, code reviews, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
- Exposure to Postman, API testing, database testing, unit testing, integration testing, or automated testing tools will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, cloud databases, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar technologies will be advantageous.
- Basic understanding of Linux, command-line tools, deployment, configuration, logging, monitoring, and production-support concepts will be beneficial.
- Exposure to data warehouses, data marts, reporting databases, analytics platforms, or business-intelligence systems will be considered an additional advantage.
- Familiarity with database security, user permissions, role-based access control, backup, recovery, data integrity, and secure data-access practices will be beneficial.
- Exposure to microservices, message queues, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, caching, asynchronous processing, or distributed systems will be considered an additional advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, technical documentation, requirements gathering, or issue tracking will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
- Good analytical, logical, SQL troubleshooting, debugging, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical, reliable, scalable, and maintainable backend and database solutions.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
- Internship, SQL project, database project, backend project, API project, ETL project, data project, GitHub project, hackathon, freelance assignment, startup project, or academic software project will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Candidates without previous full-time backend or SQL engineering experience can also apply.
- Strong willingness to learn new database technologies, backend frameworks, APIs, cloud platforms, data tools, and modern software-engineering practices.
