Job Summary

As an Asset Management Analyst, you will be responsible for reducing the cost of ownership of our facilities and improving the work order experience.

Experience Required: 1 to 3 years Experience Desired: Data Visualization Tools (Power BI, Tableau) Education Desired: Bachelor's Degree Job Responsibilities:

- Perform variance analyses at store, account, and equipment levels, to identify root causes of maintenance spend variances against budget. Present causes to Facility Managers, Operations, and Leadership.
- Assist in management of open work orders and repeat calls. Weekly, provide open work order reports and repeat call reports to maintenance vendors and Facility Managers. Coordinate with maintenance vendors and Facility Managers to provide updates as needed. Set up vendor calls when needed.
- Maintain Power BI dashboards. Build, update, and customize front-end data visualization of our work order data for key users, including Facility Managers, Real Estate/Construction leadership, and Operations.
- Assist with various ad hoc report requests. Examples of which include store asset condition reports, aged invoice reports, work order time series reports, and expense budget planning support
- Perform various administrative tasks in the Enterprise Asset Management system.



Tasks may include loading asset detail, updating/creating work orders, and closing out abandoned Provide support and training to system users. Aid in ongoing development of system.

The hiring range for this position is $1103600.00– $1471475.00 per hour/year. This range represents the anticipated base pay for this role. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and location. Eligible employees may be offered health, vision, and dental insurance, personal/sick paid time, 401(k) retirement savings plan, bonus potential, paid bereavement, vacation and paid holidays.
