Position: Analog Circuit Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and development of Analog and Mixed-Signal ICs and circuits.

- Key circuit blocks to work on: Temperature Sensors, PLLs, ADC, DAC, LDO, Bandgap circuits, Reference Generators, Charge Pump, Current Mirrors, Comparators, and Differential Amplifiers.

- Address challenges related to lower technology nodes and tackle reliability issues including aging, EMIR (Electromagnetic Interference and Radiation), and Monte Carlo simulations.

- Perform PVT (Process Voltage Temperature) simulations and analyze results.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define specifications and ensure circuit designs meet performance, power, and area goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.





- 5+ years of experience in Analog Circuit Design.

- Expertise in simulation tools like Cadence, Mentor Graphics, HSPICE, or similar.

- Strong knowledge of designing critical analog circuit blocks mentioned above.

- Familiarity with aging, reliability issues, and advanced simulation techniques (Monte Carlo, PVT).

- Experience in design for low-power and low-noise circuits is a plus.

Skills:

- Circuit Design: Experience in Temperature Sensors, PLL, ADC, DAC, LDO, Bandgap circuits, Charge Pump, and related analog blocks.

- Simulation and Analysis: Experience in PVT simulation setup and analysis, reliability simulations, and advanced aging simulations.

- Tools: Proficient in analog design tools such as Cadence, HSPICE, or equivalent.

Preferred:

- Knowledge of advanced semiconductor technology nodes.

- Valuable understanding of layout techniques, parasitic effects, and their impact on circuit performance.

- Experience in cross-functional team collaboration and project documentation.
