We are seeking an experienced Analog Circuit Design Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing critical analog blocks and solving complex challenges in lower technology nodes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and development of critical analog blocks such as:
- Temperature Sensors
- Phase-Locked Loops (PLL)
- Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADC)
- Digital-to-Analog Converters (DAC)
- Low-Dropout Regulators (LDO)
- Bandgap Reference Circuits
- Design and optimization of
- Reference Generators
- Charge Pumps
- Current Mirrors
- Comparators
- Differential Amplifiers
- Address challenges specific to lower technology nodes, ensuring design meets strict performance specifications.
- Handle aging, reliability,
and Electromigration-induced Resistance (EMIR) considerations in design.
- Conduct Monte Carlo, Process-Voltage-Temperature (PVT) simulations, and analyze results for performance validation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end product development.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in analog circuit design.
- Proficiency in Ref Generators, Charge Pumps, Current Mirrors, Comparators, Differential Amplifiers.
- Solid expertise in simulation and analysis tools.
- Solid understanding of lower node technology challenges and solutions.
- Hands-on experience in aging, reliability, EMIR, Monte Carlo, and PVT simulations.
