We are looking for Primary and Elementary Montessori educators who can observe deeply, prepare themselves continuously, work within a process driven environment, and collaborate harmoniously as part of a team while remaining aligned with the developmental needs of the child.

We are seeking individuals who:

- Hold AMI or IMTC Montessori training in Primary or Elementary
- Value consistency, structure, culture, and process
- Are reflective, observant, and genuinely inquisitive




- Are committed to continuous learning and self preparation
- Can collaborate within a harmonious and child centred environment
- Are willing to align with the vision and practice of the organisation
