An E-Commerce Marketplace Manager oversees a company's online sales, product listings, and daily operations across international digital sales channels like Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, Walmart

Role Overview The manager drives revenue growth, optimizes product visibility, and manages inventory. This role combines data analysis, marketing strategy, and supply chain coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Catalog and Listing Management: Create, update, and optimize product titles, descriptions, and images to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
- Ad and Promotion Planning: Run paid search ads, plan discount coupon campaigns, and coordinate major promotional events
- Inventory and Stock Tracking: Monitor stock levels and work with the supply chain team to prevent out-of-stock issues or excess inventory.
- Performance Analysis: Track key metrics like daily sales, customer reviews, seller ratings, and profit margins to report on business performance.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints,



shipping delays, and account health escalations with marketplace support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

· Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing seller accounts on major platforms like Amazon Ebay, Etsy, Walmart

- Technical Skills: Robust knowledge of marketplace seller central dashboards, digital advertising tools, and data analytics.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional communication

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹40,268.21 per month
