About ProfitStory

ProfitStory is an AI-powered Amazon growth agency built by sellers, for sellers. We manage advertising, SEO and conversion for D2C and manufacturer brands on Amazon India and Amazon US, backed by MoneyBall — our proprietary AI that turns Brand Analytics, search-term and campaign data into decisions, not dashboards. The role

You'll own Amazon advertising for a portfolio of brands end to end — strategy, structure, bids, budgets and reporting. You're the person who knows why a campaign moved before the client asks, and you'll work alongside MoneyBall and our data team to move faster than a spreadsheet ever could.

What you'll do

- Build and manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns across multiple client accounts
- Own bid and budget management against clear targets — ACoS, TACoS, and profit, not just spend
- Run search-term and Search Query Performance analysis: harvest winners, cut waste, maintain negative-keyword hygiene
- Design campaign structures that scale cleanly (keyword lifecycle, match-type strategy, ranking vs. profit campaigns)
- Diagnose performance shifts and explain them in plain language to clients and internal teams
- Partner with our SEO,



listing and creative teams so ads and organic work together
- Test recent ad formats, placements and Amazon features early, and turn what works into playbooks
- Contribute feedback and use cases that make MoneyBall smarter

What we're looking for

- 2+ years hands-on managing Amazon PPC, ideally across multiple accounts or brands
- Fluency in ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CTR, CVR — and the judgment to know which one matters in a given situation
- Comfortable in Excel/Sheets with search-term reports, bulk files and bid rules
- Experience with Amazon Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance, and campaign-management tools
- Structured thinker who can defend a decision with data and change it when the data changes
- Clear written and verbal communication — you'll talk to founders and brand owners directly

Nice to have

- Experience with Amazon DSP, Amazon Marketing Cloud or Sponsored TV
- Exposure to both Amazon.in and Amazon.com
- Amazon Ads certification
- Background in a seller or aggregator environment
