Qualifications

- Strong E-Commerce and Amazon marketplace knowledge, with experience managing product listings and optimizing online store performance.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions for pricing, promotions, and listing improvements.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to manage customer inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain professional interactions.
- Demonstrated Sales skills, including experience with upselling, cross-selling, and implementing strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Relevant experience in online retail or marketplace management; familiarity with digital marketing concepts is an advantage.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools, and comfort working with multiple online dashboards and systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Mohali district, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
