Role Description The AM-Sales (Consumer Promotion and Loyalty Solutions) role is a full time, on-site position based in Thane. The individual in this role will manage existing client accounts, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales of consumer promotion and loyalty solutions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client objectives, developing tailored proposals, coordinating campaign planning with internal teams, and ensuring timely and effective implementation of programs. The role involves tracking campaign performance, preparing sales and activity reports,



and presenting insights and recommendations to clients. The AM-Sales will also support training and onboarding for client stakeholders, maintain strong customer relationships, and proactively address any service or performance issues.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client interactions and maintain long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to achieve revenue targets, manage pipelines, and support strategic account growth.
- Candidates should possess effective Training skills to guide client teams and internal stakeholders on campaign execution and platform use.
- Relevant experience in marketing activation, consumer promotions, loyalty programs, or related domains is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Thane, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and use CRM and reporting tools for data-driven decision-making.
