Skin Gym and Paintlab are beauty brands offering skincare tools, beauty devices, press-on nails, and nail essentials. We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Amazon Operations Specialist to manage daily marketplace operations and keep both brands’ accounts running smoothly.

About the Role

You’ll oversee product listings, inventory coordination, account health, and operational troubleshooting. You’ll work closely with our warehouse, creative, marketing, and Amazon PPC teams to keep products available, listings accurate, and issues resolved promptly.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows Amazon Seller Central, follows through consistently, and can manage multiple priorities independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily Seller Central operations for Skin Gym and Paintlab.
- Create, update, and troubleshoot product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and backend attributes.
- Maintain accurate variation structures, product categories, and catalog information.
- Resolve suppressed or inactive listings, stranded inventory, pricing errors, and other account issues.
- Monitor account health, performance notifications, and compliance requests; coordinate documentation and corrective actions.
- Track FBA inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with the warehouse and operations teams to reduce stockouts and excess inventory.
- Create and monitor FBA shipment plans, follow up on receiving discrepancies, and maintain shipment records.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies, returns, and reimbursement opportunities, and follow cases through resolution.
- Open and manage Seller Support cases, documenting issues and escalating when needed.
- Set up and verify approved pricing updates, coupons, and promotions.




- Coordinate product launches, ensuring listings, inventory, and required assets are ready.
- Work with the creative team to upload and maintain approved A+ Content and Brand Store updates.
- Monitor customer feedback and return reasons to identify recurring product or listing issues.
- Maintain operational trackers and SOPs, and provide weekly updates on inventory, account health, open issues, and next steps.

Qualifications

- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Amazon operations or account management.
- Strong working knowledge of Seller Central, FBA processes, catalog management, and account health.
- Experience troubleshooting listing issues, managing variations, and resolving Seller Support cases.
- Understanding of inventory planning, replenishment, and shipment reconciliation.
- Solid Excel or Google Sheets skills for tracking and reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Clear written communication and the ability to coordinate across teams.
- Ability to identify issues proactively and manage competing deadlines.

Nice to Have

- Experience with beauty, skincare, personal care, or nail brands.
- Experience with Brand Registry, A+ Content, and Amazon Brand Stores.
- Familiarity with bulk listing uploads and inventory management tools.
- Experience supporting product launches and high-volume promotional periods.
