- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Strategic & Leadership Hiring: Handle middle to senior-level executive searches and niche lateral hiring.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with business heads and department leaders to understand workforce planning and hiring needs.
- Vendor & Portal Management: Coordinate with recruitment agencies, consultancies, and optimize job portals like LinkedIn and Naukri.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track recruitment performance metrics, turnover rates, and time-to-hire using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Min 8+ years of recruitment experience in Manufacturing industry only(Preferably - Automotive)
- Qualification : MBA & B.Tech(Preferablly)
