Job Summary

Kiri Industries Ltd. is looking for an experienced AM/DM – Utility (Hot Section) to manage and ensure reliable operation of hot utility systems in a chemical manufacturing plant. The role requires strong experience in utility operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, safety, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Hot Utility operations and maintenance to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
- Handle utility systems such as Boilers, Thermic Fluid Heaters, Hot Water Systems, Steam Systems, and related equipment.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of utility equipment.
- Monitor utility parameters, energy consumption, equipment performance, and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and utility-related breakdowns.
- Ensure availability and reliability of utilities as per production requirements.




- Lead and supervise utility operators, technicians, and maintenance teams.
- Coordinate with Production, Process, EHS, Electrical, and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with plant safety procedures, statutory requirements, SOPs, and environmental standards.
- Drive energy-saving, cost-reduction, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain utility-related records, reports, maintenance schedules, and documentation.
- Ensure secure handling and operation of utility equipment in accordance with chemical industry standards.
