Position: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Business Development (LATAM)

Location: Corporate Office, Vadodara

Experience: 5-8 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Out-Licensing opportunities across LATAM markets.
- Support In-Licensing activities, particularly for Chile & Mexico.
- Work closely with LATAM Country Heads to drive business growth and effectiveness.
- Provide market intelligence and analytical insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Support cost optimization initiatives and key regional projects.
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements and strategic partnerships.

Desired Profile

- Experience in LATAM pharmaceutical markets is mandatory.
- Proven ability to independently initiate, negotiate, and close business deals.
- Robust understanding of licensing, distribution, and commercial agreements.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- In-Licensing experience will be an added advantage.
