Responsibilities

Perform daily inspections at the Plate Section Working Floor.

Verify and approve inspection formats to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Conduct daily checks of QA-clearance status in SAP for the Plate Section.

Analyze problems or abnormalities in the Plate Section and implement corrective actions.

Ensure resolution and documentation of identified issues to prevent recurrence.

Check and inspect chemical testing reports to ensure material compliance with quality requirements.

Check and update KPI data during meetings to monitor and improve quality performance.

Work with the R&D; team to coordinate the production of sample plates for current product development.





Verify the BOM for plates to ensure accuracy and alignment with production requirements.

Generate Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for consumable items to support uninterrupted quality operations.

Conduct shop-floor training sessions to enhance the team's awareness and adherence to quality standards.

Attend morning meetings to collaborate with cross-functional teams and align on daily priorities.

Accountability

Timely completion of daily inspections and QA-clearance tasks.

Reduction in abnormalities and implementation of corrective actions

Accuracy in BOM verification and timely PR generation for consumables.

Effective collaboration with R&D; and team training initiatives.
