1. Job Purpose

To carry out aluminium fabrication and installation work at project sites as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules.

1. Key Responsibilities

- Install aluminium windows, doors, partitions, curtain walls, and other aluminium structures.

- Read and understand technical drawings, measurements, and installation instructions.

- Perform accurate site measurements and ensure proper alignment and leveling.

- Handle aluminium frames, glass, hardware, and installation tools safely.

- Fix aluminium profiles using screws, brackets, anchors, and other required accessories.

- Ensure proper fitting, finishing, sealing, and smooth operation of installed products.

- Coordinate with the Site Engineer, Supervisor, and other installation team members.

- Identify and rectify installation defects and ensure quality workmanship.

- Follow project timelines and complete assigned installation work on schedule.

- Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in positive condition.

- Follow company safety rules and use personal protective equipment (PPE).

- Perform other duties assigned by the Installation Supervisor or Management.

1. Required Skills and Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma in Fitter, Welder, or relevant technical trade preferred.

- Experience in aluminium installation, glazing,



or construction work preferred.

- Knowledge of aluminium profiles, glass fitting, hardware, and sealants.

- Ability to read basic technical drawings and take measurements.

- Knowledge of hand tools and power tools.

- Good teamwork, discipline, and willingness to work at project sites.

- Physically fit to perform installation activities and handle materials safely.

1. Experience

- Experienced candidates: 1–3 years in aluminium installation or a related field preferred.

- Freshers: May be considered based on technical skills and willingness to learn.

1. Working Conditions

- Work may involve project-site travel, working at heights where applicable, and handling aluminium frames and glass.

- Employees must follow all safety procedures and use the required PPE.
