Experience: 10+ Years

Key Responsibilities

Manage Polarion global and project administration.

Configure workflows, custom fields, and dashboards

Handle work-item extensions and integrations.

Integrate Polarion with Teamcenter, Rhapsody (MBSE), and Azure DevOps

Provide UAT support for test cases and requirement traceability.

Perform RCA for synchronization and performance issues.

Automate reporting and release processes.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Polarion

Polarion administration and configuration

Workflow, custom field, and dashboard configuration





Integration experience with Teamcenter / Rhapsody / Azure DevOps

Solid understanding of ALM and Agile methodologies

XML / REST API integration knowledge

Troubleshooting and performance analysis

Preferred

Polarion Certified Administrator/Professional

Experience in enterprise ALM environments

Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
