Hiring: Manager Aligne BA with ETRM | Big4

Notice Period: Immediate to 45 Days / Serving Notice

Work Mode: 3 Days a Week – Bangalore Office

We are hiring a strong Aligne Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Energy Trading & Risk Management (ETRM).

Key Requirements

3+ years of hands-on Aligne experience is preferred– (Minimum 1 years Mandatory)

Strong experience in Aligne report design/development and batch creation

Ability to independently deliver Aligne reports/batches to solve complex business problems

Strong understanding of Power/Gas deal lifecycle

Experience handling bug fixes and enhancement requests independently

Exposure to Credit, Risk & Settlement business areas





Strong understanding of ETRM processes

Agile project experience with positive knowledge of Agile frameworks and tools

Ability to work with and educate Product Owners & Business stakeholders on Agile ways of working

4-year IT degree required

Knowledge of Aligne GBO module and Finance domain is an added advantage

Important: Candidates with ETRM experience but without hands-on Aligne experience will not be considered.
