Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Alibaba Cloud Consultant with 10+ years of overall IT/infrastructure experience and strong hands-on experience in Alibaba Cloud architecture, migration, implementation, optimization, and consulting.

The consultant will work with technical and business stakeholders to assess requirements, design cloud solutions, lead implementations, and provide technical guidance for enterprise cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert consulting and technical leadership for Alibaba Cloud solutions.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and develop appropriate cloud architectures.
- Design scalable, secure, highly available, and cost-effective Alibaba Cloud environments.
- Lead cloud migration, modernization, and transformation projects.
- Assess existing infrastructure and recommend cloud migration strategies.
- Design and implement Alibaba Cloud services, including:

- - ECS
- OSS
- VPC
- SLB
- RDS
- ACK / Kubernetes
- CDN
- CloudMonitor
- RAM
- Auto Scaling
- VPN / Express Connect

- Design cloud networking, security, IAM/RAM, encryption, monitoring, logging, and compliance solutions.
- Develop high-availability, backup, disaster-recovery, and business-continuity architectures.
- Lead troubleshooting and performance optimization for complex cloud environments.
- Provide cloud cost optimization recommendations.
- Work closely with DevOps, application, security, infrastructure, and architecture teams.
- Guide technical teams during implementation and production deployment.




- Develop architecture diagrams, technical designs, migration plans, and project documentation.
- Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Support automation and Infrastructure-as-Code initiatives using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of overall IT/infrastructure/cloud experience.
- Strong experience as an Alibaba Cloud Consultant / Cloud Architect / Cloud Engineer.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Alibaba Cloud enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Alibaba Cloud architecture and services.
- Experience with cloud migration and modernization projects.
- Strong understanding of:

- - Cloud networking
- VPC architecture
- Load balancing
- DNS
- Security and IAM/RAM
- Storage and databases
- Kubernetes and containers
- Monitoring and logging
- Backup and disaster recovery

- Experience working with Linux and Windows environments.
- Solid knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or other IaC tools.
- Strong scripting knowledge using Python, Bash, or similar technologies.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

- Alibaba Cloud certification such as Alibaba Cloud Certified Professional (ACP) or equivalent.
- Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes / ACK.
- Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
- Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar DevOps platforms.
- Experience designing hybrid-cloud or multi-cloud environments.
- Previous consulting experience with large enterprise customers.
