Role Summary The AJO/CJA QA Engineer will be responsible for end-to-end validation of customer journeys, audience qualification, campaign execution, personalization logic, data integrity, and reporting across Adobe

Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).

Key Responsibilities

 Validate AJO journeys, campaigns, offers, and orchestration logic.

 Perform audience and segmentation testing.

 Validate email, SMS, push, direct mail, and custom action executions.

 Verify personalization, decisioning, and content rendering.

 Validate CJA connections, data views, dashboards, metrics, and reports.

 Perform AEP data validation, profile validation, identity stitching, and event testing.

 Execute UAT, regression, and production readiness testing.

 Track, manage, and retest defects through closure.

 Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
