Headquartered in Dubai, UAE, with a strong technology and development hub in Bengaluru, we build and scale digital products, platforms, and experiences that power our retail businesses across multiple markets. /n /n Role Summary /n Senior L3 technical ownership of enterprise AIX and Power infrastructure, including complex incident resolution, reliability, lifecycle management, security, HA/DR, performance, automation and technical leadership. The role is a senior escalation point, RCA lead, stakeholder communicator and mentor to L1/L2 engineers /n /n Must Have /n • 8+ years of hands-on IBM AIX and production infrastructure support. /n • Advanced AIX 6.x/7.x administration, troubleshooting, patching and lifecycle management. /n • Strong IBM Power Systems, PowerVM, LPAR, VIOS and HMC experience. /n • PowerHA or comparable HA/failover experience. /n • Strong RHEL and multiple Linux-flavour experience. /n • Proven L3 ownership of complex incidents, major incidents, problem management and RCA. /n • SAN/NAS, multipathing, NFS, TCP/IP and DNS experience.



/n • KSH/Bash scripting and automation capability. /n • Explicit communication, documentation, stakeholder management and mentoring. /n • Participation in on-call and maintenance activities. /n /n Good to Have /n • IBM AIX or Power Systems certification. /n • IBM Cloud, OCI, Azure or hybrid-cloud experience. /n • PowerVC, NIM, monitoring, ITSM/CMDB or configuration-management exposure. /n • Db2, Oracle, WebSphere or other enterprise AIX workloads. /n • DR orchestration, cyber-recovery, immutable backups or regulated environments. /n • Infrastructure-as-code, Git and CI/CD for operational tooling. /n /n Security, Patching and Compliance /n • Plan and execute AIX, VIOS, HMC, Power firmware and RHEL/Linux patching with testing, rollback and outage controls. /n • Apply hardening, least privilege, access control, secure remote administration, encryption and vulnerability remediation. /n • Maintain patch/vulnerability evidence, security exceptions, audit support, privileged-access and logging controls. /n
