Role Description The Airport Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for welcoming and assisting guests arriving at and departing from Kempegowda International Airport. This role includes coordinating guest pick-ups and drop-offs, managing transportation schedules, and communicating closely with the resort’s front office and concierge teams.

The Airport

Representative will greet guests professionally, handle inquiries, provide information about Aldovia’s services and amenities, and ensure a smooth, comfortable transition from the airport to the resort. Day-to-day tasks also involve tracking flight details, managing last-minute changes,



handling guest luggage support in coordination with drivers, and maintaining accurate records of arrivals and departures. The role requires consistent adherence to service standards, prompt problem-solving, and a calm, courteous presence in a busy airport environment.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and guest relations skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and skilled first impression.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple arrivals, departures, and schedule changes.
- Ability to coordinate with drivers, front office, and other resort teams to ensure seamless transportation and check-in experiences.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced airport environment, with strong situational awareness and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer and mobile application skills for managing bookings, schedules, and guest information.
- Professional appearance, courteous demeanor, and a guest-centric approach aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer-facing roles, or airport services is preferred.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or tourism-related education is an added advantage.
