Hiring: Associate – Airline Procurement

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 1–4 years | Aviation/Airline Procurement

Job Purpose:

Manage procurement of aircraft spare parts and materials for airline maintenance operations, ensuring timely availability, competitive pricing, and reliable supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Procure aircraft spare parts, rotables,



consumables and maintenance materials.
- Handle urgent AOG procurement and time-critical requirements.
- Source parts from OEMs, distributors, MROs and approved aviation suppliers.
- Manage RFQs, negotiations, POs, contracts and supplier documentation.
- Track deliveries and coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, Stores and Planning teams.
- Monitor supplier performance, pricing, lead times and compliance.
- Support cost-saving and alternative-source initiatives.
- Ensure procurement follows airline, aviation regulatory and quality requirements.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business or related field.
- 1–4 years of airline/aviation procurement experience.
- Experience with aircraft spare parts/AOG procurement preferred.
- ERP/procurement systems experience.
- Knowledge of aviation suppliers, documentation and procurement processes
