Position: AI Video & Visual Creator

Department: Marketing

Experience: 5-6 years in video/content creation, including 12 months hands-on with AI generation tools

Role Overview

We're looking for a hands-on AI Video & Visual Creator to produce AI-generated character videos, short-form content, and visual assets for our marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate blends creative storytelling with strong technical command of AI video/image generation tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Create AI-generated character videos, avatars, and talking-head content for campaigns, social media, and brand communication
- Produce and edit short-form videos, reels, and ad creatives using AI + traditional editing tools
- Generate AI visuals, illustrations, and graphics to support marketing and branding needs
- Experiment with and stay updated on emerging AI video/image tools and techniques
- Collaborate with the marketing and content team to translate briefs into finished visual/video assets

Required Skills





- 5-6 years of experience in video editing/content creation, with at least 1 year hands-on experience specifically in AI video/character generation
- Strong working knowledge of at least a few leading AI video/visual generation tools (e.g. Runway, Pika, Sora, HeyGen, Synthesia, Kling, Luma, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Grok, Gemini Omni) and the judgment to pick the right tool for a given creative brief.
- Proficiency in editing software: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or AI
- Sound understanding of prompt engineering for consistent AI outputs
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and design aesthetics
- Ability to manage multiple projects with quick turnarounds

Good to Have

- Experience with motion graphics / basic animation
- Knowledge of social media content formats (Reels, Shorts, YouTube)
- Portfolio of AI-generated video/character work
