Role Description The AI Video Generation Intern will support the creation of short-form and long-form video content using AI-powered tools and workflows. This on-site internship role, based in Indore, involves assisting in script ideation, generating video drafts with AI platforms, refining outputs through editing, and preparing content for various digital channels. Day-to-day tasks may include organizing media assets, testing and evaluating AI video tools,



collaborating with designers and marketers on visual concepts, and ensuring that generated content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

The intern will also help document processes, analyze content performance, and suggest improvements to enhance the quality and efficiency of AI-driven video production.

Qualifications

- Foundational understanding of video production principles, including framing, pacing, and basic storytelling techniques.
- Familiarity with AI-based video generation or editing tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Synthesia, or similar platforms).
- Basic skills in video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or comparable tools).
- Strong written and visual communication abilities to support scriptwriting, idea generation, and content review.
- Interest in digital marketing, social media content creation, and trends in short-form video formats.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in media, design, computer science, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Curiosity about AI technologies, willingness to experiment with current tools, and openness to feedback and learning.
