Job Summary:

Blessing Softtech is looking for a creative, experienced, and technically skilled AI Video Editor to manage the complete video editing and post-production process.

The candidate will be responsible for transforming raw footage, scripts, concepts, and creative briefs into high-quality and engaging video content for social media, marketing, branding, corporate communication, and other business requirements.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in professional video editing and motion graphics, along with practical knowledge of AI-powered video creation, AI editing, image generation, voice generation, and content enhancement tools.

The AI Video Editor will also be expected to independently manage projects, maintain quality standards, meet deadlines, and contribute creative ideas to improve the company's video content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Video Editing & Post-Production - Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos with effective cuts, transitions, pacing, colour correction, and audio enhancement. Ensure the final output meets quality and project requirements.
- AI Video Creation & Editing - Use AI-powered tools to generate, enhance, and modify videos, visuals, backgrounds, animations, and other creative elements. Integrate AI-generated assets effectively with traditional editing workflows.
- Short-Form Content Creation - Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional clips, and other short-form content. Optimize videos for platform-specific formats, audience engagement, and current content trends.
- Motion Graphics & Visual Effects - Create professional titles, text animations, transitions, lower thirds, motion graphics, and visual effects. Use After Effects or equivalent tools to enhance storytelling and visual presentation.
- Script-to-Video Production - Convert scripts, concepts,



and creative briefs into complete videos by selecting suitable footage, visuals, music, voiceovers, animations, and graphics. Maintain a clear and engaging visual flow.
- AI Tools & Creative Technology - Work with AI tools for video generation, image creation, voiceovers, animation, subtitles, and content enhancement. Continuously explore new AI technologies that can improve production quality and efficiency.
- Audio & Voice Production - Handle audio mixing, background music, sound effects, noise reduction, and voice synchronisation. Use AI voice-generation tools when required to create professional voiceover content.
- Colour Correction & Grading - Perform colour correction and grading to achieve consistent and professional visual quality. Maintain appropriate exposure, contrast, colour balance, and visual consistency throughout the video.
- Creative Concept Development - Contribute creative ideas for video concepts, storytelling, hooks, visual styles, and editing approaches. Develop content that aligns with the purpose, target audience, and brand requirements.
- Brand & Visual Consistency - Ensure all videos follow the company's branding, including fonts, colours, logos, graphics, tone, and visual style. Maintain consistency across different video formats and campaigns.
- Social Media & Marketing Content - Produce videos for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital channels. Adapt content according to platform requirements, trends, and audience behaviour.
- Project Management & Timely Delivery - Independently manage multiple video projects from requirement gathering to final delivery. Prioritise tasks effectively and ensure projects are completed within defined timelines.
- Feedback & Quality Control - Review videos carefully for visual, audio, technical, and content-related errors before final delivery.



Incorporate feedback from management and internal teams and complete revisions within timelines.
- File & Asset Management - Organise and maintain raw footage, project files, AI-generated assets, graphics, audio, stock footage, and final exports. Follow proper file naming, folder structure, version control, and backup practices.
- Trend Research & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Stay updated with AI, video editing, social media, and content trends and suggest relevant creative ideas. Coordinate with Digital Marketing, HR, CRM, Business Development, and Management teams to deliver required video content.

Required Skills:

- 1+ years of professional experience in Video Editing and Post-Production.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro will be an advantage.
- Practical experience with AI video generation and AI-assisted editing tools.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, visual effects, colour grading, and audio mixing.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, and visual communication.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Knowledge of subtitles, captions, chroma keying, stock footage, and multi-camera editing.
- Good understanding of video formats, compression, resolution, and export settings.
- Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Good to Have

- Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating skilled video editing work.
- Experience with AI tools such as Runway, Kling, Pika, Veo, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, CapCut AI, ElevenLabs, or equivalent tools.
- Experience in AI-generated video, AI voiceovers, AI images, and AI animation.
- Experience in corporate, marketing, advertising, or social media video production.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Own Laptop – Mandatory.
- Own Camera – Preferred/Required if the role involves regular original shooting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
