About Admitra

Admitra is a founder-led company in Bengaluru. We make AI-generated, localised marketing content (videos, posters, social posts) for brands with large dealer networks, mostly in India's EV sector. Our content runs across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Status, Google Business Profile and dealer microsites.

The role

You'll take AI-generated scenes and turn them into finished, broadcast-quality ads. You own the edit from start to finish: cutting, pacing, colour, sound and music sync. When there's no edit in the queue, you'll work as one of our AI Artists and generate scenes for storyboards.

What you'll do

- Edit and finish AI-generated footage in DaVinci Resolve: cuts, pacing, transitions and multi-version exports (formats, aspect ratios, languages)
- Colour-correct and grade so AI shots from different models match
- Sync music and cut to the beat; mix VO, SFX and music in Fairlight
- Clean up AI artefacts (flicker, morphing, hands and text) using Fusion, masking, upscaling and frame interpolation
- Build templates so one hero ad can be localised for hundreds of dealers
- Generate and iterate scenes with AI video/image tools (Kling, Veo, Runway, Midjourney, etc.)



when the pipeline needs it
- Work with the AI Artist team and the founder on storyboards and creative QC

What we're looking for

- 2+ years editing short-form ads or social video, with a strong DaVinci Resolve portfolio (Edit, Color, Fairlight; Fusion is a plus)
- A good ear for music and rhythm, and a solid sense of pacing for 15–60s ads
- Hands-on experience with generative AI video/image tools, or a clear willingness to pick them up quickly
- Comfort working fast and handling many versions of the same ad
- Bonus: motion graphics (After Effects/Fusion), experience with regional-language content, automotive/EV ads
