Role Description This is a full-time, on-site AI Video role based in Indore. The team member will work on end-to-end video creation using AI tools, including script interpretation, prompt creation, asset generation, and video assembly.

Daily responsibilities include collaborating with creatives and product teams, refining AI-generated footage, performing basic to intermediate video editing, and ensuring cinematic quality and consistency across projects. The role also involves testing new AI features, providing feedback to improve workflows, and maintaining project documentation and asset libraries.



The person in this role will contribute to building best practices for AI-assisted film production within Cine Studio.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in video editing and post-production using industry-standard tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Experience working with AI-based video or image generation tools and a solid understanding of prompt design and iteration.
- Ability to interpret scripts or creative briefs and translate them into visual storytelling and shot sequences.
- Knowledge of basic cinematography principles, framing, pacing, and sound integration for cinematic content.
- Comfort with digital workflows, asset management, and collaboration tools used in film or media production environments.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in office.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with creative, technical, and product stakeholders.
- Relevant education in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in video production.
- Prior experience in a production studio or film company is advantageous but not mandatory.
