AI Techno-Functional Program Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an AI Techno-Functional Program Manager to drive AI initiatives at the intersection of technology, business, and AI delivery.

This is not a traditional Jira/ticket-driven PM role. The ideal candidate must have hands-on AI project experience and be comfortable discussing LLMs, tokens, APIs, RAG, models, inference, and AI architecture.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and Generative AI projects.
- Translate business requirements into technical and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, developers, data scientists, architects, and business teams.
- Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholders.
- Understand and contribute to technical discussions around LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, APIs, prompt engineering, and AI workflows.
- Identify delivery challenges and coordinate solutions across teams.
- Ensure AI initiatives align with business objectives and delivery goals.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6–7 years in program/project management,



technology consulting, product delivery, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML or Generative AI projects is mandatory.
- Solid understanding of LLMs, tokens, RAG, embeddings, APIs, inference, and AI workflows.
- Experience working closely with engineering and AI/ML teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to bridge technical concepts and business requirements.
