We are looking for a highly motivated AI Solution Engineer – Technical Pre-Sales who can combine technical skills with customer interaction and business understanding.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role involving AI solution demonstrations, CCTV and network setup, POC/pilot deployment, testing, troubleshooting and technical pre-sales support.

Role Overview The candidate will work closely with the Sales, Business Development, Engineering and Customer teams.

The primary responsibility is to understand customer requirements, demonstrate DeepSight AI/VMS solutions, configure CCTV cameras and networks, deploy the AI solution, successfully execute POCs/pilots and provide technical support throughout the pre-sales process.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with both technology and customers.

You should be able to:

Understand the customer problem → Design the solution → Connect the cameras → Configure the network → Deploy AI/VMS → Test the solution → Demonstrate results → Support the sales team → Convert the POC into a project.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Pre-Sales & Customer Engagement

Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions and solution presentations.

Understand customer requirements and convert them into AI/Computer Vision solutions.

Demonstrate DeepSight AI applications and VMS capabilities.

Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.

Support Sales/Business Development teams during pre-sales activities.

Prepare technical proposals, solution approaches, deployment plans and POC documents.

Identify additional AI use cases and opportunities at customer locations.

Explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical customers.

2. CCTV & Networking

Configure and troubleshoot IP CCTV cameras and surveillance networks.

Connect cameras to DeepSight VMS/AI platform.

Understand IP addressing, subnetting,



DHCP, DNS, gateway, LAN/WAN and VLAN.

Work with network switches, routers and PoE infrastructure.

Understand TCP/IP and basic network troubleshooting.

Work with RTSP/RTP camera streams.

Understand camera resolution, FPS, lens, field of view, positioning and lighting requirements.

Troubleshoot camera connectivity, streaming and network-related issues.

Knowledge of ONVIF/NVR/PTZ cameras will be an advantage.

3. AI Solution Deployment & POC

Install and configure DeepSight AI applications and VMS.

Configure cameras and required AI analytics.

Execute customer POCs and pilot projects.

Validate AI analytics against customer requirements.

Test alerts, events, dashboards and reports.

Troubleshoot deployment and application issues.

Coordinate with the Engineering team for advanced technical issues.

Ensure successful POC completion and customer acceptance.

4. Testing & Quality Engineering

Perform functional and integration testing of AI applications.

Test Computer Vision and Video Analytics use cases.

Identify, document and reproduce software/application bugs.

Validate AI alerts, accuracy and system functionality.

Maintain test cases and deployment checklists.

Verify fixes and ensure production-ready deployments.

Test solutions under different camera, network and operating conditions.
