ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for an AI Specialist with an architecture/design background to integrate AI tools into architectural design, visualization, documentation, and studio workflows. The candidate will work closely with architects and designers to improve creativity, productivity, presentation quality, and project efficiency through AI.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

AI & Architectural Design

- Integrate AI tools into architectural design and concept development.
- Use AI for design ideation, mood boards, material exploration, and design alternatives.
- Support architects in developing AI-assisted design solutions.

AI Visualization & Rendering

- Create AI-generated architectural visuals, renders, concepts, and presentations.
- Use AI tools to enhance existing renders, drawings, and design presentations.
- Develop visual concepts quickly based on project requirements.
- Maintain quality and consistency of AI-generated outputs.

AI Workflow & Automation

- Develop AI-based workflows to improve studio productivity.
- Identify repetitive tasks that can be simplified or automated using AI.
- Create AI prompts, templates, libraries, and reusable workflows.
- Support automation of documentation, presentations, research, and other studio processes.

Prompt Engineering

- Create effective prompts for architectural design and visualization.
- Develop prompt templates for different project requirements and design stages.

Team Support & Training

- Train architects and designers to use AI tools and prompting effectively.
- Provide day-to-day support for AI-related requirements.
- Conduct internal sessions and demonstrations on new AI tools.
- Encourage responsible and practical adoption of AI within the studio.

Research & Innovation





- Continuously research emerging AI tools and technologies relevant to architecture and design.
- Test and evaluate tools based on quality, usability, cost, and project relevance.
- Recommend suitable AI tools for studio-wide adoption.
- Stay updated with developments in Generative AI, visualization, and architectural technology.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Strong understanding of architecture and design workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and AI visualization tools.
- Good knowledge of Prompt Engineering.
- Experience with architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray, or similar.
- Knowledge of AI image generation and enhancement tools.
- Ability to create AI-assisted architectural presentations and visualizations.
- Understanding of architectural drawings, materials, layouts, and design concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
- Valuable communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to train and support non-technical team members.

PREFERRED AI SKILLS

Experience with tools such as:

- Midjourney
- Stable Diffusion / ComfyUI
- Adobe Firefly
- ChatGPT / Claude or similar AI assistants
- AI rendering and visualization platforms
- AI automation / workflow tools

Specific tools may vary based on the studio's technology stack.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Design, or a related field.
- Additional certification/coursework in AI, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, or Digital Design is preferred.

EXPERIENCE

- 4–6 years of total professional experience, preferably in an architecture/design studio.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience implementing AI tools in professional design workflows.
- Experience in training or supporting teams in adopting new technology will be an advantage.
