Lynky Tech is looking for an AI Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate software and AI projects from development through delivery and after-sales support.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of software products, AI solutions, project development, QA processes, and client coordination. This role involves working closely with developers, QA engineers, clients, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage AI and software product projects from start to completion.
- Understand project requirements and coordinate with the development team.
- Work closely with developers and QA engineers to track project progress.
- Monitor development, testing, bug fixing, and final delivery.
- Coordinate with QA teams to ensure software quality before client delivery.
- Track project timelines, milestones, tasks, and deliverables.
- Communicate project updates to clients and internal teams.
- Handle after-sales support and coordinate with the technical team to resolve client issues.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to the development team.
- Identify project delays, issues, and dependencies and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Conduct project follow-ups and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Support software product implementation and deployment.
- Maintain project documentation and status reports.
- Coordinate between client → project team → developers → QA → delivery.




- Ensure smooth handover from development to QA and from QA to client delivery.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of software products and software development processes.
- Knowledge of AI and AI-based software solutions.
- Understanding of QA/testing processes and bug tracking.
- Good project coordination and team management skills.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate them clearly.
- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple software projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of project management tools is an advantage.

This position is strictly for AI and software products.

Candidates with experience only in non-technical sales, general operations, FMCG, or other non-software industries are not suitable for this role.
