Role Description The AI Product Manager at HAIR RAP BY YOYO will lead the strategy, development, and optimization of AI-driven products and tools that enhance salon operations, customer experiences, and brand innovation. This full time, on-site role, located in Ahmedabad, will involve collaborating closely with salon leadership, technical teams, and external partners to identify opportunities for AI integration across booking, customer personalization, inventory, training, and marketing. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining product roadmaps, gathering requirements, overseeing data use and system design, coordinating with developers and designers, and monitoring performance metrics to guide continuous improvement.

The AI Product Manager will also ensure ethical, secure, and compliant usage of customer and operational data while introducing AI solutions that align with the creative spirit of the brand.





Qualifications

- Product management skills including roadmap planning, requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, and lifecycle management.
- AI and data-related skills such as understanding of machine learning concepts, data analytics, and practical experience working with AI-powered tools or platforms.
- Technical collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively with engineers, designers, and vendors to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Customer experience and operations skills, with a focus on process optimization, user journey mapping, and service design in a retail or service environment.
- Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills to explain complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical team members.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, and make data-informed decisions in a fast-paced, creative setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Product Management, or Data Science) or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in beauty, fashion, wellness, or retail industries is an advantage, as is familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) and digital booking platforms.
- Commitment to ethical AI practices, data privacy, and inclusive, non-discriminatory product design.
