Role Description The AI/ML Trainer role at Snailtechs Consultancy is a full-time remote position focused on designing and delivering training programs in artificial intelligence and machine learning. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing training curricula, creating learning materials, and conducting live or recorded training sessions for diverse audiences.

The AI/ML Trainer will explain core concepts, guide learners through hands-on exercises, and provide feedback on projects and assessments. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to update content based on emerging tools, best practices, and compliance requirements. This position also requires monitoring learner progress, answering technical questions,



and contributing to continuous improvement of training methodologies and resources.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in AI and machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation, and basic data preprocessing.
- Practical experience with common ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Jupyter Notebooks) and working with real-world datasets.
- Ability to design structured training programs, create clear instructional materials, and translate complex technical topics into accessible language.
- Experience delivering technical training or teaching, including leading workshops, webinars, or classroom-style sessions for varied skill levels.
- Commitment to ethical and compliant use of technology, including adherence to institutional policies, data privacy standards, and security best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation, facilitation, and learner engagement abilities in remote settings.
- Comfort working independently in a remote setting, managing schedules, meeting deadlines, and collaborating via digital collaboration tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior work in education or consultancy is an advantage.
