Core AI/ML Expertise

- Deep expertise in Machine Learning fundamentals, algorithms, and statistical modeling
- Advanced knowledge of Deep Learning architectures: CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, GANs
- Strong understanding of Neural Networks and model optimization techniques
- Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.

Generative AI & Large Language Models (2025)

- Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Llama, Mistral, Gemini) (Compulsory)
- Proficiency in prompt engineering and advanced prompting techniques (Compulsory)




- Deep understanding of Transformer architecture and attention mechanisms (Compulsory)
- Experience with fine-tuning techniques: LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT (Good to have not compulsory)
- Knowledge of model compression, quantization, and optimization. (Good to have not compulsory)
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture and implementation. (Compulsory)
- Hands on experience on working with different Agentic AI frameworks and create Agentic AI solution.

Modern AI Engineering Stack

- Frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, Hugging Face Transformers
- LLM Tools: LangChain, LangGraph, Autogen, CrewAI.
- Vector Databases: Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS.
- MLOps Tools: MLflow, LangSmith, Kubeflow.
- Cloud Platforms: AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock), Azure ML, Google Cloud Vertex AI

MLOps & Production Systems

- End-to-end ML pipeline design and deployment.
- Model versioning, monitoring, and observability
- Continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) for ML systems
- Docker, Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
- Real-time inference optimization and latency management

Leadership & Strategic Skills

Technical Leadership

- 8+ years of AI/ML experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of leading and mentoring AI/ML engineering teams
- Experience architecting enterprise-scale AI systems
- Ability to make strategic technology decisions and trade-offs
- Solid system design and architectural thinking
